Team TORGOEN Swiss ambassador Jack Hawksworth enjoyed a stunning weekend in St. Petersburg, Florida, USA in rounds 1 and 2 of the 2012 Star Mazda Championship

Driving the Team Pelfrey #82 car, Hawksworth ended the weekend with a 2nd place in race #1, a pole position and race win in race #2 and the overall lead in the championship. What makes this achievement even more impressive is that this was his first race on a street circuit, having raced in 2011 in the Formula Renault 2.0 Championship in the UK

The 2012 Star Mazda Championship continues with rounds #3 and #4 on March 29th to April 1st, as part of the Indy Grand Prix of Alabama at Barber Motorsports Park

Grant’s iconic stunt cars will carry the TORGOEN Swiss logo at shows around the world, launching at the Race of Champions in Dusseldorf on December 3-4th

Racing has been in Terry’s blood from an incredibly young age. At the age of just five years-old he found himself behind the bars of his first motorbike, graduating to car driving at the grand old age of six! Now, an incredible 15 world records later, Grant is widely regarded as one of the greatest performers in the stunt performing business

Travelling all over the world, Grant has performed at some of the most prestigious events on the global calendar; from the Race of Champions in Paris, to the London Motorshow and the TV studio of Guinness World Records in Madrid

TORGOEN Swiss UK sign Team Dynamics duo Matt Neal & Gordon Shedden

TORGOEN Swiss UK is delighted to announce a sponsorship deal with Honda Racing Team drivers Matt Neal and Gordon Shedden for the remainder of the 2011 British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) season. The Swiss watch brand, who specialise in professional pilot watches, will be on both drivers’ racing helmets for the remainder of the season as part of the deal which sees the pair become TORGOEN Swiss Ambassadors

Neal, who leads the 2011 championship at the halfway stage by 9 points, said:

Neal and Shedden are both household names in the racing world. Neal, 44, has competed in 450 BTCC races in a staggering career spanning 20 years in the Championship. Shedden has 150 races to his name and an impressive 17 race wins during that time which he will look to build on in his quest to close the 20-point gap to Matt at the top of the championship. The outstanding form this season from the Team Dynamics duo has given Honda a huge 100-point cushion at the top of the Team Championship

The BTCC resumes on August 6 at Snetterton, Norfolk, after a 6-week mid-season break
